    what are you guys taking for recovery?

    Ive been doin alot of two a days and my legs are killing me. i currently just take protein and eat a shit ton of chicken. getting ready to start a cycle if it ever shows up of test e and dbol. will that make me recover quickly or should i get something.

    4 grams of glutamine before and after workouts and before bed help a ton

    5g of creatine
    5g of glutamine
    2g of beta alanine
    5-10g of bcaa

    Take with a glass of grape juice..

    the only things in this thread that actually help anything are protein and bcaa. the rest is crap.

    i know when i'm running test, i recover much faster. i don't know if that's just me, or if it's like that for everybody.

    i use to take bcaa, but have stopped that too. i drink alot of protein shakes and eat as much fish, chicken, turkey, brown rice, green veggies & fruit as i can, and i get as good, if not better results than when i use to spend a fucking fortune on all the "in" supplements.

    i save that money up now and buy AAS with it

    That problem will quickly disappear once you start your cycle.
