    how much creatine do you use a day?

    i use 10 mg a day 5mg pre wo and 5mg post wo and i also take size on which has some in also...

    OP you mean g not mg?

    I use prob about 5g daily. Studies have shown tho that 2.5-3g is sufficient. If i come across them ill link them up.

    There should not be a need to cycle creatine if you have adequate hydration. If you don't drink enough water/fluids, it can put some stress on the kidneys but most lifter drink water all the time so they are in the clear based on multiple studies I have seen posted over the years.

    Agreed no real reason to cycle creatine based on health reasons.

    But with stims, pre's, creatine stuff like that I think a 'washout' period every 8 weeks or so for 2 weeks can be a good thing to do.

    5g of creatine monohydrate post-workout worked well for me. I cycle my creatine becasue after 5-6 weeks i feel like i dont feel the effects of it. So i will take 2-3 weeks off of it, then hop back on the creatine so i feel the full effects
