That sounds good to me. You can have either a whey or casein shake in the AM and an isolate post workout with your creatine. I suggest casein as it will keep you full and provide a longer release of aminos than just whey.

i drink a protein shake when i wake up and after my workout on workout days. The days im off i go play bball and usally drink one after that too. I also take 5g of creatine after my workout with my shake and 5g when i wake up on non workout days

Good timing on the shakes..two times when getting nutrients in fast is optimal.
For the creatine if that timing works for you then go for it. But with creatine theres no perfect timing. Its something that gets saturated in ur cells so as long as u take it ur good to go.

Looks like good supplement timing to me. Id take 5 grams of creatine before your workouts though.
I only take my protein shake after each workout or any type of cardio. Otherwise, its really hard to gulp down the shake and for some reason I get a stomach ache an hour later, also get nauseated. I don't know how you guys do it.
