    Question Pre workout pick-me-up

I currently only use an ECA stack pre-workout so I always get a big boost from it.

But some days, like today, I wont be able to train until evening. I can handle a few cups of coffee/caffeine before training and still be able to sleep tonight. But the ephedrine keeps me up for hours after taking it.

Anyone got ideas for an extra boost to go with my java?

    THANKS!

Well, that’s an option. But my late workouts are very rare. I really don’t want to buy a whole bottle of a product for maybe use once or twice a month.

    Thanks though………

    Prolab Caffeine pills.

You might not need the Java with these pills, it gave me a good boost for workouts. I stopped using it after finishing one bottle, my body was getting used/addicted to them.

Hey Max. Q - If you get used to ECA stacks, cycle them. If you start a bottle, and you do see yourself getting used to it or addicted, try this: Take bottle, then 2 weeks off. Or take for 2 weeks, take weekends off, then take a week, then take every other day. There are many combinations of this scenario that you can do, incuding lowering the recomended dosage and not taking it 3 times a day[ as eca stcks usually recomend] when you get used to it. The point is, you trick your body to not become adapted to them.
