I'm 22 years old, about 6'3'' 220 lbs. I just received the force factor free trial and usually work out 5 days a week.
Am I going to gain weight with this?
It says take 2-4 capsules before breakfast and same before lunch. I heard somewhere that you can do it before any of your meals..
Would this work for my schedule if I usually workout late at night around 9pm? Or should I change my workout times?
I am a healthy ish eater and am wondering if I should be eating or drinking something different to specifically go with this product. Usually some cereal or toast in the morning, a deli sandwich in the afternoon with some fruit and some chicken breast with rice or pasta and veggies for dinner and some snacks throughout the day.
I'm not trying or want to gain weight. I'd like to tone my muscle I already have focusing on my core.
Is this even right for me before I begin this? If so, how should I go about taking it like the questions above?
