Break between cycles after 1-Andro Rx ?

Hey guys I'm going to be running 1-Andro Rx :::

    FIRST 4 WEEKS:
    1-Andro Rx - 6 caps daily (3 caps AM / 3 caps PM)
Anabolic-Matrix Rx (2 caps daily with food)
    ----------------------------------

    LAST 4 WEEKS:
    E-Control Rx - 2 caps daily (1 cap AM / 1 cap PM)
Anabolic-Matrix Rx - (2 caps daily with food)

I'm 24...honestly I will be planning to start pinning after this cycle. But I am just wondering how much of a "break" I'll need in between cycles. From this to starting to pin with some test. The general rule I know for aas cycles is 2 months but does this 1 andro rx require the same amount of downtime between cycles?

Also I'm not getting too much of a response on the anabolic forums so I am also planning to take anavar with this cycle. 4 weeks at 70mg a day. Would you guys mix it in somewhere near the end of this cycle ? Or just save it until the last 4 weeks after the pct even?
