I'm currently trying to cut. All I'm taking is whey protein, BCAA and a multivitamin pill.
Is there anything else I need?
Everything looks fine here and you dont need anything else imo. If you havent ruled out prohormones, give this a look- ANDRO lean
This may be the ultimate cutting tool next to a well designed diet and excercise program.
I'm trying to cut as naturally as possible. I'm gonna add some fish oil, and keep my protein up. So far I've lost 8 pounds with minimal muscle loss, but the last 8 pounds are getting a little tougher
But I would also atleast add some fish oil to the mix. That's just a good general rule of thumb.
This is an excellent way to cut and if you can't handle 200 mg of caffeine, break the pills in half and still take the E with it. ECA works well and it is natural in my eyes, clen on the other hand is definitely not (but damn effective).

How do you feel about taking clen without a test base? Im starting to really lean out and was considering cycling some clen to get sub 10%.
The one thing I would add is that I'm 21, so my test levels are pretty high naturally, I seem to be able to hang onto LBM pretty well even when running a strong deficit.
Both of them get a lot of reviews and feedback all over the boards.
I always use the Need2Slin but never tried FORGED BURNER.
From now until the end of the month you can get 25% off anything in the NTBM store simply by entering conrad25 at the checkout. This is a great chance to stock up on cycle supports, protein, and Gear is back in stock. As always shipping is free and you won't be disappointed with their products.

CLA would be a good addition as well as add acetyl l-cartinine....
if you want a short term solution, guess some of th thermogenic products could work but it is said that the thyroid controls your weight so a sluggish thyroid is really where the solution lies otherwise you will find yourself slowly getting fat again once your diet is over....

From what I've read it's a bad idea to run T3 without test, whereas I've heard mixed reviews when it comes to running clen solo.
I'll see where I'm at in 4-5 weeks, if I hit a sticking point then I'll probably cycle some clen.
Need? No, cutting is all diet. However, if you want quicker results and are over the age of 21, you can look into an ECA stack.
Diet diet diet, If you are not eating right you are wasting money on supps. eating right and supps will have a minimal effect. How much money you want to spend? Spend you money on good food
Jagbender's battle of the bulge The problems we face today are because the people who work for a living are outnumbered by the people who vote for a living

If you are wanting a burner, don't waste money on anything other than ECA. It is cheap and more imporantly, PROVEN.
The only other thing you might want to think about (besides your bcaas), is some high quality GTE and CLA.

Calculate your BMR, then Calculate your daily caloric need using the harris benedict formula ( not entirely accurate, but it works fine)
cut 500cals from this....mostly from carbs.
Throw in cardio 3-4 times a week depending on how you are lifting ( cardio isn't necessary for fatloss but it helps)
Reassess in 3 weeks. 1-2 pounds per week is optimal IMO.
When you have figured out how much you need to be eating to lose about a pound a week, then throw in the EC stack. When you hit about 10% body fat, add Yohimbine to the mix if you can tolerate it...........or clen.
when misery starts setting in, take a break for a couple of weeks. Happy cutting.
You will make a lot more progress if you know your cals.........diet first. Always.

Very true. Diet is the most important variable in the equation
I do love a good appetite supression stimulant like Spirodex though. It really kills my desire to eat which makes dieting a breeze.

Good adivce and you are correct. I like to keep Need2Slin in my regimen when my carbs are high in my diet. I am actually able to eat more while dieting without any reverse effects on fat loss.
I'm trying to keep it as natural as possible. I'm still on 18% BF, but have already lost 9 pounds. I'll see how things look when I get to 12%.
I'm just back from a vacation, I hope I haven't gained much!!!
