    Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex

Hey guys, is this supplement any good? Optimum always makes great stuff. It's 55 grams of protein per serving which is great cause you don't have to take it as often as the 22 gram per serving regular powder. Has anyone ever tried it? Hopefully, it tastes just like the regular stuff and not too gaudy like alot of these other protein supplements. I'm not looking for anything that is tough to drink like MRP's. Let me know what you think about it. It's a bit pricey however.

it's a good supp...I would take a fiber supp w/ it as well

it costs more due to the types of proteins used. it's not a true blended protein as it doesn't contain any caesin.

DON'T GET THE VANILLA ! it's pretty nasty
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
