    Talking Jack3d and HEAT stack question

    If I take jack3d and HEAT stack before working out a good idea or will I like die Or will it just give me tons of energy and make me have a really intense workout?

    Personally I would choose one or the other... While I am a huge fan of jack 3d I would go with just that to get you started and get your feet wet... Once you are comfy in your groove then maybe add yok3d about 90 min PWO... Now that is an intense workout!! Juss Sayin...
