Gained 15 pounds in a 6 week cycle but the most impressive is the strengh you get on it.

You can make a search there is a lot of thread explaining in details what is 1-AD.

I agree...only did four weeks at 200mg per day but gained 10 pounds and put 20 pounds on all my major lifts.
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.

Hey ponyboy, what was it like for you coming off the cycle?
You lose a lot of that weight? And what did you take when you came off?

Here's my results on 1-AD. Took it on a 6 week cycle, as recommended by Gopro in a previous thread.

    Week 1 - 3 a day
    Week 2 - 4 a day
    Week 3 - 5 a day
    Week 4 - 6 a day
    Week 5 - 4 a day
    Week 6 - 2 a day

Starting at a bit less than 150lbs i've got to 153lbs. Not much of a gain but it's the muscle definition i've now got that is the best gain. I estimate i've lost 4 lbs of BF and gained 7 lbs of muscle.
Also i've took tribex since i finished the 1-AD and don't seem to have lost any weight.

Since starting this stuff i've met a new girlfriend down the gym, a marketing director for a brewery, who brings home BEER samples and FORCES me to try them. Gopro you are my hero, without your advice I would have never tried 1-AD and therefore may never have met such a fit woman!!!!!

Anyway I've splashed the cash for a 4-week cycle of MAG-10 and i'll post my results if the're worth it.

You're 150 pounds and were taking 600 mg of 1-AD daily for an entire week!?

    Wow, that's a lot.

You made my day! Being called a hero...wow, what a compliment! But seriously, I am really glad you made good progress on the 1-AD. If you both lost fat AND gained muscle you can consider your cycle a success. And, if you have been able to hold onto your gains post cycle, that makes it even better! Now the new girlfriend...THATS the "icing on the cake!"

I kept about 5-7 pounds (I'm hovering at 180 now up from 173)...the cycle was starting to mess with my head...very easy to stress out and in a high pressure lifestyle it's not worth it. I took some Tribestan for a couple of weeks when I came off (about four weeks ago) and now I feel great and everything is normal.

I'm planning on doing another (hopefully six week) cycle in the new year...probably a 1-test product like One+ to see what happens. What i really want is the time to be able to eat and train properly while I'm "on".

I dont know if 1-ad will do it for me but hell the placebo effect is worth the bucks alone.

I started my cycle yesterday and today I put 10lbs on my deadlift, 5lbs on barbell row, 10lbs on V-grip pulldown and 5lbs per arm on the Hammer Row.

I know it aint the 1-ad doing it, but hell who cares when you do that in the gym.
