    When to take 1-test.

    Am i supposed to take it on an empty stomach or is it alright to take after a meal?

    1 Test by VPX?

    I took it 3 times a day.

    3 to 4 ml when I wake up, same dosage 20 mins before a workout and same dosage before bed.

    On non training days, twice a day. Wake up and go to sleep.

    I guess that initially would be whenever you eat your meals versus when you work out.

    Do you think that tribulus and zma is ok for post cycle?
    I am already preparing my next cycle, (vpx 1 test and eq). I need to have everything ready before i start because of customs.

    You should have researched all of this before buying the product.

    Just because it's legal and purchasable from a supplement site doesn't mean you should just jump in feet first.

    I agree with Rob. If you can't get your order because of customs, you've wasted lots of money. There are places that specialize in getting orders through customs!

    I agree with both dg and TCD, but if you want to get more info on VPX's product, go to www.vpxsports.com and I beleive they have an 800 number for Q & A. Of course, they'll have one sided opinions and tell you to stack this and that. But, from my experience, 1 Test by itself in 3 to 4 ml dosages has an effect and the EQ is quite effective in conjunction. But is NOT necessary!

    As for their other products, like Xenabol, Methoxy I truly believe you can do without and you can save your money!

    Clenbuterx on the other hand (while it's still legal) is VERY effective. As for the MRP's, they too are very superior and high on quality product!

    I have made my research before buying things.
    I know that it is best if you take flaxseed oil with the 1 test, which we don't have here so i use olive oil.
    My basic question that i haven't seen asked yet is if it is ok to take it with a meal.
    I know that tribulus and zma are enough for after mag-10 but i would like to know if i need something else for my other cycle.

    Well, I vaguely answered it by stating that when you take 1 Test (20-15 mins before your workout) you should take it before your workout. .......... some trainers say to eat at least 1 hour prior to your workout........ so if that's what you do then, yes, take the 1 test after you've eaten before your workout. But would you actually eat and then immediately put 1 test in! I NEVER did or WOULD! But that's just me and nor did I hear the owner or the people at VPX ever mention that.


    See the thing here is this and this is an example of my workout on Monday's.

    Split routine:

    8:30 am- 1 Test (3 ml) and clenbuterx (2ML)
    9:00 pm- Cardio 1 hour (I do NOT eat before Cardio!)
    10:20 pm MRP or a Protein w/ Carbs
    12:20 Meal
    2:30- Meal
    4:20: Protein and very small fib. carb
    4:45: 1 Test (4 ML), Clenbuterx (2 ML)
    5:15: Workout
    intergrate 45 mins of cardio
    7:30- EAT!!!!!!!!!
    9 pm- protein and carb
    11:00pm MRP
    1:00 am- 1 Test (3 ML)

    SLEEP!

    Non training days:

    When I awake and when I sleep.

    I truly hopes this help somewhat.
