    After one week on 1-AD

Just completed my first week of 1-ad, So far so good.

I am up 5 pounds and waist still stayed the same( I am surprised because I have been eating a lot).

Haven't really noticed the big strength lift yet, excited to see this weeks progress. Last week I did 300mg, this week will be 400 mg. I was wondering if I could actually lose fat by adding cardio this week, so I will try to do some cardio and see what else happens.

    Wish me luck! Thanks.

    Second week update

Finished my second week on sunday, I caught a really bad cold so I didn't take any measurements, I was up 11 pounds (231lbs.), I am sure I lost a little being sick for the last 3 days.

Haven't lifted since friday. So far so good. All lifts went up last week by about 10-15 pounds, depending on the exercise.

Using 400mg of 1-ad, this week I will keep it the same.

I will be back in the gym tonite but I will take it slow, as I still feel a little sick.

It sounds like all is going well for ya. I have also just finished my first week on 300mg of 1- AD.

I have put on 4lbs and increased my leg press by 66lbs, deadlift by 20lbs.

The only side effects I have noticed is an incredibly sore an itchy neck, to the point of flakey skin. Well worth putting up with for a 4lb gain so who cares about a rash or two. Also I am suffering from a little acne...hell I havnt suffered with acne since I was 15 years old and that was 16 years ago.

Overall I wouldnt stop this cycle for anything.

Still wanting sex also which cant be bad.

Most people do get leaner while taking a 1-test product.

Sorry about the skin problems, I haven't had anything like that. Hope it goes away.

    Third week

Well as of sunday it was my third week. That cold seems to have put me down all week. I only worked out once. It was not as good as last weeks but it was a workout.

I don't know how much I weigh but I am sure I have gained fat because I can feel it.

Hopefully this week will be better, but I am sure I will have to start all over again on the workouts as I have not lifted for a week.

I will still stay on 400mg. Hope the cold goes away this week.

Hi icanrace, No, no more updates, that cold really floored me for a whole month. After thanksgiving I had a bunch of back problems so I stopped lifting and also had some extra personal issues to deal with.

Anyway I did notice a big strength increase in the three weeks I used it. I can't tell about measurements cause I didn't take any. If you do decide to use it, know the potential side effects and get some 6-oxo for post supp. Eat lots and train really hard. Good luck!
