1) if i have a ab workout after each workout do u think if i take creatine i will be able to keep my abs? or will it turn to fate cause of creatine....anybody like this?
2) how dydrated does it make u?

first of all muscle does not turn into fat anymore than apples turn into oranges.
secondly, creatine does not cause you to gain fat, it does cause some water retention but mostly intramuscular not subcutaneous.
