I have used it a few times. Great pump. Definitely felt like a monster. Pretty tough trying to time taking it thought since you have to know when 2 hours before your workout is...

I have been taking it three weeks and the pumps are insane. I previously took jack3d on and off for quite a while and I didnt think there was anything better on the market until I got my hands on this.. It is AWESOME and I sleep better at night also. Gives just enough stim factor to get you amped and pumped up.

I got good pumps, but the timing is a little tricky. GPLC will give you as good of pumps compared to Yok3d.
