    supplementing Creatine and Tribulus

Hey guys just wanted some Brand opinions on the above mentioned supplements... i wanted to move them into my routine, my only supp i am taking is Optimum Nut. 100% whey protien...

any one taking these currently and have a preferred brand, i know how frequently in the supplement industry how ingrediants can change so i figured an up to date answer for my question would be the best for making my choice, thanks!

Im leaning more towards Creatine Ethyl Ester from what ive read, and capsule preferred because i have tasted it, and if tasting it can be avoided avoided it shall be

    Thanks

I've never taken tribulus so I can't really help you out there. I have however taken a bunch of creatines and found out very quickly that I cannot stomach creatine monohydrate and the one monohydrate pill I took(green bulge by controlled labs I think) really made me shit myself lol. Anyway I would recommend Green Magnitude by Controlled Labs if you want a CEE. Its easy on the stomach and its powder but it tastes very good. You can get lemonade or sour apple.

    Hope this helps!

A popular creatine pill lately has been Ancient Strength by Brutal Alchemy. Brutal Alchemy Ancient Strength
Nice blend of fast absorbing and slow absorbing creatine. Just pop 3 pills before you workout.
