    I would go with flax seeds because it has a higher amount of Omega 3 fatty acid. You can use flax seeds on your cereal or yugart for breakfast. And if you're not allergic to fish you should eat them because they are also good source of Omega 3 fatty acid.

    What about Hemp Seeds? They're loaded with Omegas. I get them at Whole Foods over by the grains. Expensive as shit!

    Brink is great. Always nice information, imo. Did he have a recommended dose? I use 10 grams a day currently of fish oil.

    I use 8g of fish oil a day. Flax just isn't as good.

    i still don't trust fish oils because of contamination, but i'll do some more research to see which fish oil is of the highest quality.

    Thought I'd bump this instead of making a new thread.

    i've got just found some fish oil caps, they've been stored in a dark, dry place and the seal is still on the bottle. They expired Sept/2010.

    Use 'em or chuck 'em?

    use them what will it hurt mine have been in the frezzer and they are like sevral sevral years old no problem they are frozen.and i keep hearing about this krill oil what is it and it is kinda high right.i keep mine in the freezer .
