    optimum whey protein

    Well....i have this store......natural nutrition.......they sell there 10 pound bucket of this stuff for 63 dollars......is that a good price......they sell there 5 pound bucket of it for 35 dollars.....and i was wandering also whats the difference bewtween Optimum pro complex????? and Optimum whey %100 protein?????....which woudl be better to take after i workout

    check out www.dpsnutrition.com. for 5 lbs its $26 and for the 10lbs bag thinks its $60. I think the pro complex is more expensive, the other one is pure whey and pro complex has other stuff in it like casein for slow burning.

    I really like the whey protien. I ordered some creatine from Optimum Nutrition and they sent me some samples of other products that they have and the Pro Complex was one of them. I don't think I could ever get used to that stuff, it really tasted like shit. I only got one packet though so I only got to make one drink. If I had more I could experiment and maybe find a mix that I like. If I remember right the Pro Complex is a mixture of a lot of things and is a "slow" absorber (if that makes sense).
