Starting this summer, i am going to start bulking up for offseason. I will be stating a 3,500 calorie meal plan. I went on the Bodybuilding Body Transformation plan and it lists the supplements i need to take. The only problem is that im sort of new to this stuff so i am not sure when to take it.
It says to take the following:
- Multivitamin (Orange Triad) Once Everyday
- Weight Gainer (Cyto Gainer) This is only if you are a hardgainer
- Essential Fatty Acids (Triple Strength Fish Fats) Follow the label (probably 3 a day or so)
- Pre-Workout (Jack3d)
- BCAA's (Xtend) These can be taken at anytime. I like to take them immediately upon waking up, during training, and sometimes between meals. 5-10g/serving
- Post-Workout (Torrent)
I know post & pre workout. But the rest i need help in. When should i be taking them and how much?
