    muscle-tech

Hey guys. I just bought a few Nitro-tech protein bars from Muscle-Tech...they claim only 5-6g of carbs and that they promote fat loss. Is this a bunch of BS or what? I'm not clued in, so someone let me know the real deal here! They taste pretty dern good too! I just don't have time with school, work, and etc to fix a good meal all the time, so these come in handy.

    Thanks!

They only have 1g of sugar....and it says that in a study, participants lost like 6% BF and gained 8lbs of lean muscle over 6 weeks or something like that...and they also say that they promote energy...

all carbs, including Glycerine, now have to be reveled (included in total carb count) on the nutrition chart.

hehe, I don't wanna LOSE weight! I wanna gain..muscle, that is. Also, I knew about the glycerine being required on nutritional info...and there is no mention of glycerine. Plus, and let me know if y'all agree....I think eating one of these every so often isn't as bad as going out and getting a burger from
McDonald's or something similar...Sometimes I just don't have the time!

It'll do. Just count the calories in as part of your daily totals.

Won't keep you full for very long though, so you'll probably experience some hunger pangs (despite potentially eating 3500-4000kcals a day haha).

True...I hear that. I haven't been eating enough anyway with my schedule, so I think these will help.
