    Something Stronger

    Hello all I have cut down my posting alittle to focus on school and lifting. Anyway I am looking for something to help my gains strenght and muscle. I have used creatine, glutamine, mrp, protein shakes, and multi. I what can I use? I am a little scared to dive into the prohom. since my test is still high

    I been thinking that. I guess my next question is how long the cycle 4-6 weeks. Then second do I need to use an post-cycle suppplement like Tribulus

    If you took 300mg/day, which for your first time should work good, one bottle would last you 20 days.(two bottles 40) At 20 days I doubt you would need anything. Longer, probably yes!

    Its slowl going up lately I have switched up routines. Also I want some more muscle mass without having to go on a garbage bulk.

    1. Around 3 months I taking thanksgiving week off

    2. I always go heavy and short workouts

    3. 4x a week I feel it works better for me

    4. It is around 3250

    5. 215 not exactally lean though
