    Pre workout drink

I've used NO explode, jack3d and unleashed. Jack3d, as embarrassing as it is, made my general retreat while engaging the wife! Anyone have that issue? What do you guys recommend?

Everything you all said are over priced caffeine garbage. Save your money. You want coffee. Read what Price posted about coffee and Testosterone.

Mesomorph by APS contans 6g of beta alanine per serving. That's about 3 times the amount that's in Jacked.

My vote goes to Mesomorph as well. It hasn't given me any trouble with the lady.

Of course, you'll find a lot of the stuff being recommended in this thread over at Orbit Nutrition - Discount Bodybuilding Supplements Health Fitness Info

I just got some Jack3d, but didn't take the time to fully read through the ingredients. Got home, flipped it over and read through them. Decided to take it back.

I'll just stick with ECA or some E/A tablets and a ABB speed stack or rupped force drink.

What would you be taking the Pre-WO for, lifting or cardio?

Def a good product. I have two tubs in my cabinet from a great deal I got a while back. For pump, endurance and vascularity (I mean like long term not just peri-workout) the new SuperPump Max is actually pretty damn good. I've been talking about it for a while and despite being a mainstream brand the formula is pretty damn good and its effective. Not as much caffeinated energy as some other preworkouts put its still powerful. Also was able to try Taurus Nutrition's Wyked and the energy and endurance were great. The lemonade flavor is much better than the lemonade WhiteFlood that I thought wasn't too hot.

From what i heard that all ended up being scam where they lured you in with a free bottle then charged you the next month and sent you a bottle without you knowing. Not what is cracked up to be imo.
