    clen

    Hey guys,

I recently took clenbuterol at a low dose for a few days (25mcg) however it put my blood pressure upto 167/90. Surely this is far too high. I was wondering if anyone else had had this problem and if it just means its not for me or if I can manage this?

    Cheers

We would have to know a few more things like what were you doing before you took your BP? Do you have any predisposing conditions that may lead to high BP? Are you on any other medications (supplements, OTC & prescribed)? However, a regular person getting a check-up would require a follow up to be diagnosed with Pre, stage 1 or stage 2 hypertension.

I would just be watchful with the vital signs. You have to familiarize yourself with the "stuff" you are ingesting. If anything, understand what you should and shouldn't feel as far as side effects go.
