    Is it Smart to take Protien with GP Clen/T3?

    Is it Smart to take Protien with GP Clen/T3?


    I Was wondering because i am about to start my cycle of gp clen and cp t3 and i was wondering if i should still take protien while on it because i never lose weight when taking protien.

    What aspects do you think dictate fat loss? Is it exclusively based on protein intake?


    It doesn't sound like you should be bothering with clen/t3 at this point.

    Agreed. If you don't understand the basics of losing weight, i.e. cals vs. cals out, you shouldn't be fiddling with drugs.

    I'd have to agree if this is the case... not worth the risks if you don't know what you are doing IMO
