    Protein Formula's

    I need help im on protein factory and I would like to design the best protein to take while on a cycle My cycle is dbol and test prop..so far i have agreed on beef protein base possibly 50% and then adding instant bcaa's and l-guatimine
    any suggestions

    just asking for feedback since i would be customizing it thats all no need for the hostility

    I actually agree with troubador - his advice is actually pretty apt. You may want to consider postponing your cycle.

    Nope...just because i wanted feedback on what i should put in it im not ready? Absolutely makes no sense... just asking what others think...maybe i forgot something....

    I suggest some fast, medium and slow protein. It depends on when you are are going to use it, pre-workout, post-workout, bedtime. I could care less that you asked, you are just a bit vague on when to use it. If you want something that is versitile, I would look at a whey concentrate, egg protein, and miscellar casein (equal ratio). You could use the beef protein though I have no idea if it is fast or slow protein, never tried it.

    The PeptoPro is good for postworkout. The Big Blast is good for during the day. And I'd pick their Night time formula for night.

    Yeah, I agree... whey for post, blends for other times you know you won't getting a meal for a while. As much as I hate to say it, that brinkzone video does cover the basics pretty well :P
