    want to be shredded badly

    Could anyone please tell me what product to get because I would like to add additional 5 to 10 lbs lean musle and that would not jeopardise my able to have a child cause girlfriend is very concern. I took pinacle prohomone I had acne over my shoulder and I stopped it. since then I have been searching. I love the way I look when I was taken it.

    if your goal is to get lean then you need to focus on your diet.

    maybe you could post a sample of your daily food intake.

    as prince said, focus on your diet and training. get those in order first before you decide other options.

    That's a terrible reaction. Which Pinnacle product prohormone were you taking??

    Secondly, I agree also with the rest in the sense of dieting!

    I have been following a good diet for the past one year. Here are the sample of my diet.I am 5ft 4ins weight 150 lbs bf% is 12
    7 am cardio 45min
    1st meal - 2 scoop of soy protein add creatine and glutamine1 cup of oat meal with 1 tbsp of flaxseed oil.
    2nd meal-a plate of rice with 5 oz of salmon fish or beef or turkey and
    water. Changes all the time like 2 can of tuna fish.
    school
    3rd meal- 2 scoop of soy protein 50gms with 8 ounce of water
    (gym 3 times and 3 times of cardio indoor or outdoor)
    4th meal 1 scoop of soy protein with glutamine and creatine 5 gms respectivley.
    and lastly vegetable with beef or fish no carbs cause of six packs
    5th meal 2 scoop . It is like 11pm
    Lastly, the pro-homone is pinnacle Androstat 150 Cycle poppers.
