    Which supplements?

    Hello again,

Choosing supplements can be somewhat of a hard task as there are thousands of products each claiming to be better than the rest. I guess a lot of people would agree with me if I say a lot of these products are gimicks and unnecessary?

I have chosen these few products to help me in my muscle building. Do you think I have covered everything here? If you have any suggestions please feel free...

    1. A-Z Multi-Vitamin
    2. High Strength Fish Oil
    3. High Quality Protein with BCAA

you have your bases covered with what you have Andrew. I would say anything else is optional.

I second Creatine and if budget is an issue, then just go with creapure. I'm a fan of the more exotic brands of creatine, like creatine nitrate, but good ole mono is a solid foundation.

    Thanks for all the advice.

I have tried Creatine mono before but didn't respond well to it. I have also tried Creatine Ethly Ester and found it to be a better compound. I haven't used it for several months so I'll give it another go next weeek. According to the instructions I need to use 2g 30 minutes before training and 2g after. Does that sound about right? Also should I be using this on non-training days, and should it be cycled like monohydrate?

2g pre/2g post is good. I'd throw an extra gram in there somewhere. 5g is a general suggested dose for creatines and yes, also take on non-workout days. On non-workout days just take all 5g anytime in the day.

If you didn't like mono, check this out: Clearance :: Trinitine (90 capsules) OmegaSports -

I happen to like the mixture in here and there is no associated bloat. Strength gains came on quickly as did muscle fullness.

    Thanks, I'll take a look.

I am currently using Mammouth 2500 which is HIGHLY packed with carbs. This is almost finished and I am about to order some more. I am just wondering whether to use a protein only based shake, or shall I continue to use a mass gainer with the carbs. I am trying to build lean muscle mass but I have found to be adding a lot of fat with the mammouth 2500. What would you recommend?

CEE has proven to convert to creatinine, therefore no ergogenic benefit can be found with it.

Creatine monohydrate needs to fully dissolve to be effective. Next time you try it, get the micronized version and don't just throw it in a shake -- put it in a separate glass of warm water (or tea, coffee) and dissolve it fully.

The GI issues can possibly be attributed to non-dissolved creatine.

I highly recommend you give Trinitine a try, MCC and the two others in it are very effective and will help you have a drier appearance, far from what you are getting with the carb loaded crap.

Ill support Creapure creatine as well. Cheap, abundant servings, effective.

Id add Vitamin D and C and Calcium. I just heard something incredible that the whole population of Washington State is vit. D deficient... and its a very important vitamin.

Throw in a B complex and maybe a digestive enzyme supp.

What you're taking is perfect. Like others have mentioned, creatine might be another supplement that might help you lift heavier and longer. Fish oil will do your body wonders, lifting and and otherwise.
