    found some money

I already take creatine, orange traid multi, fish oil, bcaa caps and whey protein. I came across some extra money and was wondering what I could and should add to what I'm already taking for building muscle.

Off the top of my head which of these makes the most sense?
    -pre workout formula
-post workout formula (something better than the whey I take now)
-amino acid's to help with overall protein intake
-bedtime formula like casein or something else

I'm open to all suggestions, and thanks for taking the time to read this.
I got roughly 100$ dollars to spent

I'm not really one for them but I anticipate that Prince will come in with a 1-Andro Rx link shortly.

you can always stock up on more protein powder and creatine as well.

maybe some casein -- google "martin berkhan protein fluff" for an interesting recipe. stick with the brands that he recommends to get the best results.

For a pre-workout formula, if you like to get a lot of energy, go with Jack3d. If you don't like stims, go with Controlled Labs Green MAGnitude

For post-workout, you want to consume simple carbs and whey protein. You don't need a supplement, but if you're set on getting a supplement, look into Vitargo, but it is kind of expensive for a carbohydrate.

If you want an amino acid, supplement with 2 g of l-leucine in between your meals as this can help maximize muscle protein synthesis. During your workouts, consider a BCAA product like ModernBCAA or Xtend.

Optimum Nutrition 100% Casein is a great protein to take before bed and you can just have some all natural peanut butter with this to further slow down digestion.

Post workout ive been looking at Myozene. It has carbs, protein and creatine. Depending on how old you are, a test booster might be usefull. Tcf-1 (DAA) is becoming very popular and most new test boosters coming out are including DAA.

DAA has some promising research behind it. I want to get on it sometime when I get some money.

i was thinking about saying a test booster but some people are just so sure that they do nothing. I'm 25 so would i gain anything from taking one? I got enough creatine to last a year or so and I buy my whey every month locally. I take the bcaa's i have in between meals or pre post on workout days. Would i benefit from taking amino acid pills since i am already drinking whey?

If you were looking for amino acids to take, just take l-leucine in between your meals. Save your BCAA for just during the workouts.

As for a testosterone booster, 25 is about the age that you start to produce less but still it should be quite high. To optimize test levels, you could simply take ZMA before bed or if you want something more powerful, DAA would be good. The only thing to note about DAA is that since it increases prolactin, you may want to stack it with a supplement that decreases prolactin such as USPLabs PowerFULL.

I've seen jacked talked about as a nice pre workout so if your into jacked you'd def like N2kts since its like jacked only stronger I've heard the sour apple is great.

as far as the others it depends on what your goals are.

My goals are muscle and strength gains as well as body weight gains.
Pre workout supps never really appealed to me because i never get that tired during a workout.
As for post workout my whey shake with creatine I add to it seems to do the trick. I guess I'll just go with some casein.
I do lose a few pounds every night even when I eat something right before bed.

looks like the Natural one has fewer of those "other ingredients". I can imagine that it would have a negative impact on it's palatability, solubility, etc. --- maybe not though, I'm just making a guess.

I have the regular one and I wouldn't be the first to recommend it.

ditto....for the most part building big muscles is about 80% diet with training and supplementation the remaining 20.

supplement timing and taking the proper dosage is more important than people think. 2nd to increasing anabolism in the body is reducing catabolism. this means never skip meals, etc. junk vs going hungry for hours, etc. never train in a catabolic state. you always want to eat before early am exercise or several hours before a training session. get your PWO nutrition in ASAP after exercise.
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

Thanks everyone, I feel like I'm set on supps now. I just took a week off after 10 straight weeks on, and am feeling better than ever. I hope my gains keep rolling in. I'll be looking into maybe getting a test booster or the like beginning of next month when I get some money to burn.

How is it best to take one of these? I know the labels all say one at morning and one at night. Should I get 2 bottle for 2 months and should I take anything else with it?

Phyto-Testosterone - A natural anabolic fenugreek formula with real Testofen

Run the Athletix Titanium, get two bottles as it is not that expensive, and take it for 40 days dosing 3 per day. You will love how you feel on it and testofen is a very effective natty test booster.

Nope. Test Boosters cause no shutdown of natural testosterone levels. They usually make it more efficient (ie, expanding a bottle neck process).
