What dose would you suggest if I run it year round? 10mg per day or 5mg per day?

If you're talking CM I think it depends on your body weight, if you weigh 150lbs then 5grams should be plenty, if you weigh 225lbs you may want to bump it up!

And for every study that says to cycle it, one says not too. CM is so cheap, why not use it everyday. I've taken 20g a day, everyday for years. Find what works for you and do it.

I won't question the study but I can relate from experience that taking 10g of creatine every day gave me much better results than taking 10g of creatine on just workout days (3-4 times a week). I tried the "on workout days" thing twice for 12 weeks at a time and each time my pumps and endurance were just not the same.
