    E/C/A or E/C/Y

I'm looking for a good stack. Anyone know where the find the cream of the crop for these supplements.

    Also, which stack is better?

old school ECA is more effective. you just have to slowly work up the dosages of the E at each serving time slowly over several weeks until you find out your own max intake.

    I get mine here

Kaizen: Ephedrine HCL (24 x 50 Tabs) 8mg [1200 Tabs] - Gorilla Jack Supplements Canada

Cool, also starting dosage would 8mg/200mg/81mg be good or what.

I also drink a lot of caffeine in energy drinks and coffee, should I increase the dosage that so I feel it?

yep...start off just with 2 servings at 8.....then after a couple weeks just increase the am to 16...then increase the 2nd to 16...the 3rd serving is tricky for many as it seems to disrupt the ability for many to fall asleep. I try to get it in before 3pm or I don't take it because of that or I just take 8. the 2nd dose effects my girl's ability to sleep even at 16.

studies have shown ECA will continue to work when take up to a year so there is plenty of time to adjust the dosages according to your person reaction

Stick with E/C/A for the 1st time. If you can break each component down and understand the pharmacodynamics, then you will understand the synergistic effect of the stack.

If you feel the need to "add" something in, throw in the Yohimbine later on.

One last thing, what does the aspirin do in this stack? And do I just get regular aspirin at like a drug-store?

It helps control the bodies thermoregulation when the caffeine and ephedrine kick in. Aspirin helps with reducing fever. By adding it in, it allows your body to adapt to the increased thermo effect. Also, aspirin helps to reduce platelet aggregation or (thins the blood) so this would allow for better blood through through the body specifically the heart and lungs.

Just go to your local store and get generic or name brand. As long as it says acetylsalicylic acid/Aspirin/white willow bark...your good to go.
