I'm New Here and Have Some Questions

    Hello Everyone,

I'm Johnny. I've been working out off and on since High School, but just recently have started taking it more seriously and would love some help on some good supplements that would help promote lean muscle mass and burn fat.

    I'm 39 years old
    6' tall
    200 lbs.
I work out 5 days a week, currently.

I just started taking Tribulus, but have heard good things about the Tri/ZMA stack.

I've noticed some gains on Trib, I feel stronger and can work out more often and have energy.

I'm just not sure about adding ZMA to the mix, if there is something else more effective out there.

    Regards,
    Johnny Cal

Food, whey protein, a good multi and some good fats and clean carb sources. Once everything with your nutrition is in place and training is on point, then add supps. They are a small part of the puzle.

You only need a few things, mainly a good multivitamin and a whey protein. I would recommend Animal Pak for the multivitamin. As for the protein, I'm a believe in ON Pro Complex. Tastes amazing and packs a good amount of protein in a small amount of Calories.
