    Transdermal Creatine

    I was reading some of the old blogs -5-6 years ago and sawa thread about this product. Whatever happened to the gel from Aver Sport or some other product from revolutionary max that he posted? Did they ever come to market? Did it work?

    yah, I wouldnt even think about transdermal creatine, complete waste imo

    Not via IV, through a cream. They've done it with Arginine already and is used for other purposes besides body building.

    Why on earth would I want to peel, stick, apply, keep for a certain period of time, then remove and disgard a patch to get my creatine when I can just pound it back with a drink (that I'm going to drink anyway) in a matter of 5 seconds. Absorbtion rate is already proved to be extremely effective with this method so why complicate it. I think this product came and went like nothing

    Not everyone enjoys having to constantly drink shakes multiple times/day, let alone some of the side effects of taking arginine or creatine, etc orally - bloating, gas, dehydration, etc. A cream that could be applied locally to particular muscle groups would be very diiferent than the patch from many years ago that failed. You could get the muscle developing benefits without having to ingest it and have it travel through your entire system
