I'm not an expert or anything by any means but the test he is giving you will only put you up to a normal test level. The best advice I can give you is make sure you are getting enough calories and getting plenty of protein in your diet.

Whats up people, I'm 31 and suffer from Low T, doc put me on Testim 1% Gel which ive been using everyday, I've been working out 4 times a week for 2 months now and dont seem to see any results im getting really discouraged and dont want to turn to Steriods, im planning on visiting my DR. again to get levels checked... Does anyone know what the proper testosterone levels for building muscle are and are there any other ways besides Steriods to bring up my levels.

could try a test booster.

Gels and creams are for HRT, you will keep what muscle you have only. What was your baseline, what is your target levels and how many grams per day? 31 seems a little young for low T, although possible. Make sure you get tested for free testosterone as well as total. If your test is being bound you don't have as much readily available for use, SBGC blood work might help.
There are many test boosters that you could benefit from!

For healthy adults, I would usually say test boosters are a load of junk. However for someone suffering a testosterone deficiency I would give them a go and see if they help. Just out of curiosity, what's preventing you from asking your doctor to increase your test dose? Just tell him/her you're not feeling the benefits of the dose you've been given ie. you're lacking energy, feeling under the weather, can't gain muscle, no sex drive, etc. etc.
To speak before you think is like wiping your ass before you shit!

Yea, I'm going to discuss with him when i get blood work done on Monday, I'll follow up with you guys when i get my results.
It doesn't matter how you find the pot of gold, so long as you beat the leprechauns.
TJTJ is fictional character and purely theoretical.
Despite your test levels, your regimen is still the biggest factor affecting your results.
