    About to start using Creatine...

    ...and i'm very confused.I'm really new to all this,and no one to help me except you guys.So sorry if this is a really stupid/very novice question(i'm both ).How are you surposed to take creatine i thought you just added it to your protien shake and that wos it just like you add protiend to water and thats fine,but i read the thread "best creatine transport system" and it seems it's alot more complex then the way i thought.Allso could anyone reckomend a good quallty creatine product please .

    It's only complex if you make it complex, I just add it to my post-workout protein shake.

    When you buy creatine, look for the Creapure logo.

    I hear its best to have with grape juice, dont ask me why but I have heard it a bunch of times?! I just add it to my shake too
