    amino fast charge

    I do this after my morn cardio... any thoughts?

    Is this what you are using? If so its made by likely the best amino acid company there is. We buy custom fermented aminos from them in fact. As a formula, its pretty much a way under dosed amino acid energy substrate and vit/min supplement. Not to be rude, but you would need 3 to get to the physiological levels needed to trigger recovery. I think I would stick with Chain'd Out but you have to use what you feel comfortable with.

    thanks for the feed back!!! yes this is what I use
    I am aware it a small dose but being less than 75 lbs LOL I thought I would want something weaker
    what would you do given my size being only 4'6

    I have a bias towards Ajinomoto/Amino Vital since their factory for the western hemisphere is here in town. I wish we still carried their stuff where I work. A good addition to that would be their straight Ajipure BCAAs.
