    creatine

ive not used creatine before but im going to get some its dirt cheap from here:

    Creatine Monohydrate from Myprotein

    1.2kg is only £14

i was going to use 20g for 5 days split into 4 5g servings and then after that just take 5g per day to maintain? on workout days after my workout and on non workout days with breakfast is this about right? and every 8 weeks take a week off. is creatine very beneficial and worth getting?

The evidence for loading has been discredited and is more of a bro thing really.. but it doesn't really hurt.. and I personally feel it helps honestly.. Creatine mono doesn't like water.. people claim it will mix, but it's hard to get to properly mix with cool water.. and heating it will denature it, but the temperature at which it denatures is argued.

If you have some spare cash I'd recommend grabbing a cap-m-quick kit and cap your CM it's cheaper in the long run and you don't need to drink sand

creatine really does help with strength a bunch.. and endurance.. but how much is person dependent.. you can buy it.. try it.. see if you like it and if you don't.. you're not out much..

I could never tell if it works or not. I treat it like vitamins and take it if they're cheap and I'm dieting
