    L-Glutamine Post Workout?

I've heard using L-Glut after a workout can help with recovery...is this true?

That is true, but most protein powders have plenty of glutamine already in it. However it is definitely a good idea to take pre and during workouts. Many people may disagree but I personally think it helps. Especially with recovery and supposed to boost your immune system as well.

I agree with you SuperLift. Most supplement company have glutamine and other bcaa in their protien powders. However, consuming more glutamine than the amount comes from protien powders can benefit the body. I have been taking powerchews from NTBM. First time i have taken the powerchews but I thoroughly enjoy them
