    ~chain'd out after hours~

Ever have one of those days? You just need to come home, relax and unwind. Maybe it's a cheat day or maybe you just need a break from the monotony. Well, it's time for chain'd out after hours. This thread is devoted to recipes to make our lifestyle more fun. Post up your ALRI spiked recipes. I will start with one of my favorites.

Chain'd out Appletini gin and tonic

This drink starts with one scoop of Appletini chain'd out, 1/2 fresh squeezed lime and 5 shots of gin. Place in a shaker with crushed ice and shake vigorously for 1 minute. Pour half the mixture evenly into 2 crystal glasses and top off with tonic water. Once your woman has finished her drink snuggle up and give her a backrub. Trust me guys. This pays dividends
