Pick up some bronkaid, take 2 doses a day of 200mg caffeine/25 mgs ephedrine HCL. The others will help though not much (at least the arginine) but won't hurt. CLA will help if you are in a calorie restricted environment which should not be an issue with EC stack, I anticipate some new found cuts and lots of sweating. Watch a pre-workout that is real stim heavy if you go this route, I suggest one that has very little additional caffeine or take something like Omega Ultima.
