    Question about diet

I need to lose about 10-12 lbs of fat. What is the absolute fastest way?

I will be taking trenbolone with test boosters. so am i going to keep all of my muscle? I could drink several protein shakes and maybe rice cakes. If i did that for 3 wks or so, can i become jacked?

My routine is pretty intense. Pilates 2 x wk. Spinning, ta. e bo or squash. I jump rope as well and my dogs and i go for long walks at nearby wooded areas quite frequently. I lift weights on tuesdays and wednes.

Also, what is the best test booster?

Tren and test boosters?? Dude, you're not ready for gear.

As has been said, diet and nutrition are key. And as far as the best test boosters, check out some hc generate or phyto serms.
