    Favorite MRP or Protein Blend***

I'm going away for a beach vacation in a week and I'm looking for something to take along with me...

Previously I've used the Detour Oatmeal Bars while on vacation. They're a good quality bar, but they are high in cals and carbs(good fiber though if I remember correctly)

I've also used the Myoplex packets which are a pretty good quality protein blend but they do contain the high glycemic Maltodextrin.

I'm thinking I might get some Syntha-6 this time around, but I've never tried it before.

Anyone have any real favorites or recommendations in terms of good supplemental protein while on vacation???

I do eat my fair share of jerky and nuts...but the high amount of sodium and preservatives make it a less than ideal source for protein on a daily basis IMO.

Natural flavour has less sodium, I think.

I like TruScience TruTein, it is excellent and a non-prop blend.
