    New to supplements....

Hello, I'm new to this forum and my name is Pete. I'm 16 years old, about 5'7" 135 lbs and I've been weightlifting for about 2 years so far. I run track and play ice hockey.

I have a pretty damn fast metabolism and running track n playing ice hockey doesn't help me much but I dont't really have a "fat" problem. I would like to get to about 150-160lbs, getting alittle bulky but also a tad cut to. I eat a few meals a day but theres no way I'm able to eat about 6meals a day cuz of school then sports after school so I was wondering how else could I help my preformance? I have been looking into creatine, and Meal Replacement Powders, also a few high protein things. I dont know if these would be the right thing for me, and also I don't want to keep using Creatine for a long period of thing but I've heard that you lose everything youve gotten once you stop. Could anybody please guide me into what I should do?

Another thing is that I was looking into Growth Hormone Releasers (GHR) would that help me in getting taller or bigger at all. I just don't want any permanent side effects or stunting of my growth,ect... So could anybody please help me out?

Just to name a few MRP's..Eas's myoplex, myoplex deluxe. Optimum opi pro meal..Met-Rx. if you add atleast 2 of these a day its better then eating nothing. keep taking your creatine, as far as the protein goes a 5 lb jug of eas's whey or Optimum whey , they are cheap and can be used with a meal or between meals.........can you post what you eat on a daily basis.Please. and as far as the GHR's.let mother nature do her work.
