    Help

    Ok looking for advice on supplements since I don't know much about them.
    Ill tell you what was recommended to me
    Creatine
    L-Arginine
    Whey protein
    Glutimine

    I appreciate any advice

    There are some protein powders that have BCAAs, glutamine and L-
    arginine in them. Some creatine pre workouts have L-Arginine also.

    In my mind the purpose of supplements give your
    body what your diet doesn't provide. Before starting
    any kind of regimen an understanding of your bodily needs
    is crucial.

    I would definitely not jump into using anything,
    and instead opt for some lab work first. Perhaps you
    are good with zero supplementation?
