    Fat burners

Took a couple fat burners thismorning before my leg workout.
Damn does that make a difference BUT now I'm tired as hell.
I don't use fat burners that often but I always find the same thing, i'm tired by mid afternoon and could use a nap, it doesn't matter if I've worked out or not.

Is this normal? Anything I can do about it if I keep using the fat burners?

I've written about this several times....thermos are NOT what they are cracked up to be sometimes. After burning at 110% for 3,4 maybe in 6 hours for some....the body being smart........ then super compensates at 90% for a similar length of time.....net effect...not as much as you think!

yes, very normal........maybe try extra caffeine, mate or green tea instead?

It does happen when you come off the buzz, but i doubt the lethargy experienced after a leg session helps much.

I experience this when I use fat burners with ephedra, the ephedra free versions do not seem to cause as much of a "low".

Well, because you did your leg workout in the morning, I'm not sure what fat burner you took but don't most fat burner. ie supplements require to take a second and third dosage throughout the day... therefore, by the night time, that fatigue-tiredness will fit perfectly before bed?

If you don't take your fat burner throughout the day then, I would go with DP's suggestion and taking in a high caffeine product afterwards, such as an expesso or cuban coffee.

That'll be because ephedra-free versions aren't as potent regarding catecholamine release.

Do you prefer the E-free versions?

And can you notice a distinguishable difference between them?

Thats what i was thinking, thanks guys, I'll remember to take some in the afternoon when the morning dosage wears off.

Coffee didn't help to much, probably cause I drink to much of it as it is.
i can't remember what kind of fat burners they were, I think they had ephedra in them cause I got them from a friend that orders over the boarder.

I don't think you'd get in trouble but they would take them.
Not sure how my friend's supplier goes about getting his stuff but I'm sure there's ways.

    EPhedra question

I love thermogenic like ephedra. It works great when I took it according to the direction. But my question is that does it make someone to have sake legs and hands? no blood clirculations in my legs and hands sometimes. I only took it in the morning and that is it. After an hour and I jump to do cardio and I was sweaty like hell. Is it like like that?but When I stopped no more problems

    That's why they're called thermogenics.

    Cause they're thermogenic.

That's what the jitters are from.
