    Go Pro.....Plasma Expandor vs V12??

    GoPro,

In the middel of November after you finished the Plasma Expandor phase, you mentioned you were going to do a test cycle with the V12. Did you accomplish that??? What is the major difference between the 2 producst besides the PE using a high sugar/dextrose spike??? I'm trying to cut fat so I am leaning more towards the V12. Your opinion please.....

Just as I was going to start a thread about this, I see YOURS! I actually just finished "testing" V 12. OK, the only advantage that V 12 has is better taste. Otherwise, PE gave me better pumps, more strength, and added 3 lbs of lean weight while V 12 added zero!

Does this mean that V 12 is a lousy supplement...NO. In fact, it is probably still one of the better sugar free creatine delivery systems available. However, I think PE is a product you can really "feel" working. I never "felt" the V 12.

    My choice is PE!

(note: I may try Swole from Syntrax next and compare again)

    GoPro,

Thanks for the update... I was wanting to try the PE anyway, this just makes the choice easier.

Do you have a reccomendation on when to take it???? Before and after workout??? 1/2 servings????

The full serving is 2 scoops twice per day on training days and once on off days. I suggest 1 scoop about an hour before training and 1 scoop right after. On off days I suggest 1 scoop in the morning, about 30 minutes before breakfast, and another later in the day.
