    Question about Xtend

    IronMag Forums,

About two weeks ago, I started taking Xtend (SciVation Xtend at Bodybuilding.com: Lowest Prices for Xtend) during my workouts at the recommendation of some of the heavy lifters at my gym. I haven't noticed it enhancing my recovery time or endurance as I was told it would, but have continued to take it. I was wondering if any of you, having used it for a more extended period of time, have found it helpful.

    Thanks,
    -Jon

Love Xtend. It's something that seemed to work better the longer I took it. Now I use the USP Labs brand of aminos. About the same price.

I can definetly tell a difference if I run out and train without it.

A lot of times, when I workout early in the morning, I'll end up going to the gym a second time. Is consuming Xtend during both the first and second workout a bad idea?

I love xtend. I drink around 10 scoops a day. I run IF (Where I eat only 8hrs out of the day during diets), and I definitely notice when I drink it. Also, during workout even if I just forget to sip it I wonder why i feel so drained. Take a gulp then within minutes i'm back.
