    Melatonin Pre-Workout!? Let me know what you think

    Hey guys I recently read some compelling information about the effectiveness of a small dose of melatonin prior to weight training. Before I jumped right in and tried this seemingly unconventional approach to GH gains, I thought I'd ask and see if anyone has had any success/failures with this??? Any input is greatly appreciated!

    I work afternoons so i dont know how I would be the rest of the day, I took 5mg last night and it knocked me out
