Yes you cud mix it with protein. I personally prefer to take it separately with water or grape juice. The reason is because I read somewhere that if you take them together they fight for absorption or something like that.

I have been mixing my creatine and whey together for years and I have never heard of anything like that before. If you could please post the link or name the source (ie magazine or book) were you got this info from so that I can check it out I would greatly appreciate it. thanks.

Like I said I read it somewhere, I will try find the source but I don’t think it was a scientific study or anything just someone’s comment. And sense it don’t bother me drinking two or three glasses of water after I take my protein it’s all good.

I read something like that awhile back, basically saying that they both use the same "transport system" so they will fight each other for it.

Champions aren't made in gyms. Champions are made from something they have deep inside them: A desire, a dream, a vision. They have to have last-minute stamina, they have to be a little faster, they have to have the skill and the will. But the will must be stronger than the skill.

Why would you? Wake up 2 min earlier and make it. My protein shakes I use them right up, I do sometimes put some creatine on my Gatorade for school which I drink in about three hours. I have never tried with protein, I don’t have the need to, my English teacher has no problem with me making a shake right before class.

You need to get something in your stomach before school man. It don’t take more than 3 min to make a shake, Put some protein in your shake bottle add milk, shake and drink up that’s all.

One note about Creatine. I just started it for the first time and I am in the overload stage. I'm getting cramps just below my rib cage at the top of my ab muscles. I'm not crying about it, it is very tolerable, but just as a note I thought I would mention it. I think it's giving me a little extra gas, but nothing out of hand.
