Question Creating cycles: how long on and off?

The world is abound with information regarding dosages,
loading and maintenance. But how long should you be
taking creatine, and how long away? I am not finding
    any information about this.

3g every day. No need to load, but you can if want to to reach saturation levels sooner. No need to cycle it.

Read the science on the subject not the bullshit it magazines. This is one of the most researched supplements on the market.

    Good luck
    Thanks for the link.

I gathered the following key points from the video:

    * No detrimental effects have been observed during non-stop usage
    * The body's ability to cease creatine production has not been observed
and is mentioned mainly as a precautionary warning

    * Studies do not exist regarding the benefits or disadvantages of cycling
    * The choice to cycle is largely preferential
    * If cycling is chosen a hiatus of at least 30 days is recommended

I also stumped across this article: Effects of Repeated Creatine Supplementation on Muscle, Plasma, and Urine Creatine Levels.
