Having three teenage boys I know this, there is nothing you can do to increase the amount of testosterone your body is producing, nothing. At 18 use that and eat a lot, lift hard and you will grow, and be patient.

Diet diet diet, the number one mistake most people make is poor diet (in my estimation), especially young people who often will think its BS and somehow dont require that much protein, "is 50 grams enough?"

you should not take Tribulus at 18.

Tribulus emulates the hormone LH (supposedly) and tells your testes to produce more testosterone. What happens is this "loop" of the pituitary gland releasing LH and the testes making testosterone and then feeding back to the pituitary gland gets screwed up....

just focus on your diet and training, and take supplements like whey, creatine, multi-vitamin, etc.

Stick to Protein, Glutamine, Creatine and some multivitamins. Take it from me man I tried a pro-steroid Mag10 on a two week cycle taking less than the recommended dosage and the gains I got from it I can do it without taking any of that crap. I didn’t get any side effects or anything but still is not something I’m thinking of doing again for a very long time. Few of my teammates have actually made gains from One+ but that something I wouldn’t try if I were you.
