I think they're worth it and I do like my Jack3d...but 4 scoops? What are you doing for adrenal support? That's a lot of caffeine & 1,3, have you taken any time off from it?

I work overnights and train in the morning right after work. Ive used caffeine pills and coffee before. I now use something called ssin juice. It's watermelon flavored. I have used it for a couple of months now.

It's all junk, break down the reason you're taking it and you'll realize it's a waste of money and you can accomplish the same thing with some simple carbs / protein and a solid work out plan.

i work out @5:30 am so eating 2 hrs b4 won't happen, mostly i'll do 1 cup oats, olive oil and 2 cups water and just drink it, on off days i ussually don't eat for about an hour after waking up. I MUST have a couple/few, sometimes several cups of coffee. TGB is gonna hook me up with some pw sample packs and i'll see what the buzz is about and if they work for me, definetely dont need anymore caffeine though

what nutrients are you looking for (presupps aside) 1 hour before workout? 30 min before?
The only thing I take is 5g of creatine 1 hour before and 3 amino 2700 tabs 30 min before

1-2 hours before, even on my low carb diets, some simple carbs to refill glycogen.

Jack3d was the one I stuck with for quite a while, but I get so caught up in silly advertisements that I go and try new stuff, including new protein brands. I'm currently on hemo rage at the moment only because it was what everyone was talking about and it didn't compare to be honest.

I'm also not in with the craze anymore because everyones on 1.M.R now

+ I'll be trying yok3d soon enough stacked with jack3d

i like good ol caffeine usually a cup of coffee , but with it beening so damn hot i have started looking at other options. Frs drinks are good and they have a free trail thing on their web site you do pay like 3.99 for shipping witch is worth it. I jus pick up some Anadraulic state gt from orbit but i havent tryed it yet to say if its any good ...
